 Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to fully process prior to shipment.  Cut-off time for ground shipments is 4pm EST and for same day/express shipping orders must be placed by 2pm EST. Orders placed after this time will ship out within 1-2 business days.

 Our Shipping Methods: Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express, and will be indicated on your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges; the default delivery method is FOB (The term FOB shipping point is a contraction of the term “Free on Board Shipping Point.” The term means that the buyer takes delivery of goods being shipped to it by a supplier once the goods leave the supplier’s shipping dock.), unless stated otherwise. Please allow one to two business days to process all orders.  To ensure the safety of large orders we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all shipments over $500.

 Email Confirmation: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number.

 We have a Will Call option: At this time, please allow 24 hours from the time your order is placed and processed, depending on the size of your order.  Pick up time and location will be determined at time of order processing. Scratching Post Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some exceptions.  Important: Please have your order confirmation number ready when you pick up your order.
