General FAQs

How do I sign up for Kittie Bratt’s Bratt Mail?  Simply enter your email address in the “VIP Bratt Mail Club” field, located in the footer of any page of the website, and click “Subscribe”.

Do you ever have any promotions or special offers?  To be the first to know about new products added to the Closeout Sale, promotions and special offers please enter your email address in the “VIP Bratt Mail Club”  field, located in the footer of any page of the website, and click “Subscribe”.
What payment methods are available?  We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Credit cards will be charged upon shipment of order.  Credit card payment option available at POS events, as well as cash payments accepted.  No personal checks can be accepted for payment at any time.  Please ask your about other payment methods such as Pay Pal.  Please contact customer service at KittieBratt@outlook.com if you have any questions regarding payment methods.
Are there minimums?  Domestic shipments do not have any minimum order quantities or values required. However, international orders will require a minimum.
How do I find a product that is sold out?  Contact KittieBratt@outlook.com for assistance.

Is inventory held for me as soon as I place an order in my cart?  No. Inventory is not held until the order is submitted.

Will I receive confirmation when my order has shipped?  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number.

How long will it take to process my order?  Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to fully process prior to shipment.  Cut-off time for ground shipments is 4pm EST and for same day/express shipping orders must be placed by 2pm EST. Orders placed after this time will ship out within 1-2 business days.

What shipping methods are available? Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express, and will be indicated on your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges; the default delivery method is FOB, unless stated otherwise. Please allow one business day to process all orders.  To ensure the safety of large orders we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all cartons over $500.

Do you have a Will Call option?  Yes. at this time, please allow 24 hours from the time you place your order depending on the size of your order.  Pick up time and location will be determined at time of order processing. Scratching Post Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some exceptions.  Important: Please have your order confirmation number ready when you pick up your order.
